Payment Policy
• 25% of the total package cost to be paid in advance to make a reservation.
• 25% of the total package cost to be paid within 07 days after the reservation.
• Balance 50% of the total package cost to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
• Flight and Transport cost to be paid in full and in advance at the time of booking.
• If your travel is within 15 days, the total amount of the package needs to be paid at
the time of the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
• 30% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the
departure date.
• 50% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel between 29-15 days prior to
the departure date.
• 75% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel between 14-08 days prior to
the departure date.
•100% of the total package will be deducted if you cancel within 07 days of the
departure date.
• Flight fare refund is subject to the cancellation and depends on the respective airline.
• In case of cancellation, the refund amount will be processed after the deduction of
cancellation fee.
• Above policies are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Refunds may take 50-60 working days.
